  CONCRETE DIAMOND WALL SAW CUTTING


Using the very best Hilti Hydraulic Wall Sawing technology Arabian Las can precisely cut accurate openings to form windows, doors and ventilation units, and remove entire sections of structures in materials such as heavily reinforced concrete, masonry and stone. We only use the most advanced Wall Saws units manufactured by HIlti. Our Wall Saws are extremely versatile and In addition, are remotely operated removing the occurrence of vibration and also reduce the noise levels encountered by the operator.

  CONCRETE DIAMOND CORING


Diamond Coring is a high precision form of Drilling, allowing for exact hole measurements and unparalleled depth control.

The system utilises core bits fitted with a diamond impregnated cutting face to create precise, measured holes. These holes can be drilled through a wide range of hard wearing materials such as reinforced concrete, brickwork, blockwork, masonry and rock.

Diamond Coring Machines are lightweight, versatile and can be operated in either a vertical or horizontal direction; to a wide range of jobs. ​As a precision instrument, a Diamond Coring can create clean, precise holes anywhere between 8mm to more than 650mm in diameter. Due to their non-percussive rotary action, structural integrity is maintained throughout when in operation. Furthermore, water controls ensure that the workspace remains free of dust.

  CONCRETE DIAMOND WIRE SAW CUTTING


Wire Sawing was traditionally used for many years in the quarrying trade, however the technique has been perfected for use in the construction industry.

Using this technique, a diamond-infused wire is fed through a sequence of guide pulleys and passed through or around the section of concrete that needs cutting and then formed into a loop. The wire loop is then pulled continuously through the concrete section until the cut is accomplished.

Wire Sawing is the perfect technique when confronted with the issue of removing substantial areas of heavily reinforced concrete in complex situations where there is limited access such as a bridge deck or the removal of columns and beams, where depth and speed of cut are imperative. Wire Sawing with the use of only the best HIlti Hydraulic Equipment is by far the quickest and most flexible method of cutting concrete that has been heavily reinforced. CONCRETE & STEEL JACKETING

Jacketing is the process whereby a section of an existing structural member is restored to original dimensions or increased in size by encasement using suitable materials. A steel reinforcement cage or composite material wrap can be constructed around the damaged section onto which shotcrete or cast-in- place concrete is placed.

  CONCRETE HYDRAULIC BURSTING


Hydraulic Bursting is one of the safest and most efficient methods of removing Reinforced or Mass Concrete, Brickwork, or Natural Stone.

Hydraulic Bursters are placed in pre-cored holes and expanded to induce controlled cracking of the material. Thus reducing it to manageable sections for removal.

What’s more, the equipment can be used in confined spaces without risk.
